2006 Super Sunday at Purple Rain / by SuperDee

Every year, every spring (particular days subject to change due to weather, or tribal temperment), New Orleans is graced by the colorful marching of Indian tribes in Super Sunday and St Josephs night. There are only 3 times the indians come out..1st on Mardi Gras Day to show their new suits, Super Sunday and St. Joseph's Night.

On this particularly cancelled Super Sunday, we had a good crew hanging at the Purple Rain Lounge on Washington Ave. And on that day, the light was right, and everyone, regardless of the lack of pretty feathers, were showing their colors.
