The Visiting Photographer workshop fee covers all operating costs for The New Orleans Photography Workshop Experience including:

- Room and board, van rental and gas, all meals (light breakfasts, lunch, and dinner), musicians and talent fees, water and snacks all day/night, (water, granola, fruit, healthy options!), door cover for venues and bars.

- Any other expenses such as alcohol, gifts, and camera equipment bought in town are not covered. 

- Any meals or snacks over the daily budget will be available to purchase by any member and not covered by the workshop.
